📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
• Implement lean methodologies and tools such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing to identify and eliminate waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to address operational challenges.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on continuous improvement progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by training and empowering team members.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement.
• Work closely with senior management to align continuous improvement strategies with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Continuous Improvement Leader or similar role, with a track record of successful project implementation.
• Certifications in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using continuous improvement tools and software such as Minitab, SAP, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
