📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and security systems.
• Monitor and maintain high availability and reliability of data center services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect data center assets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless operation of data center facilities.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to keep data center infrastructure up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center administration.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and security systems.
• Proficient in using data center management tools such as RackTables, IPAM, and monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
