📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Work closely with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data protection laws.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on achieving business objectives through effective HR strategies.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR activities.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
