📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the management team.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Lead and mentor junior recruitment staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven success in attracting and hiring high-quality candidates.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
