Byte Plus Dinamis is looking for a motivated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company receives the best value for money on products and services. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to maintain high standards.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making and improve procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and procurement software.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
