PT Emas Wibawa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage customer relationships, addressing complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
