📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and create accurate patterns for gloves and garments using CAD software,Ensure patterns meet quality standards and customer specifications,Collaborate with designers to understand and translate design concepts into technical patterns,Conduct fit tests and make necessary adjustments to patterns,Maintain and update pattern libraries and records,Train and mentor junior pattern makers,Participate in costing and production planning activities,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the fashion industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern making for gloves and garments,Proficient in using CAD software for pattern making,Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and materials,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with Indonesian market and fashion trends is a plus
