This role is crucial in driving our talent attraction strategies, developing our workforce, and managing our awards programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for creating a thriving work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Lead the development of our workforce through training, coaching, and mentoring programs.,Manage and oversee our awards programs, ensuring they are aligned with our organizational goals and values.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.,Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions regarding talent management and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent attraction and development.,Represent SingHealth Group at industry events and conferences to showcase our company culture and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or international organization.,Proven track record of success in talent attraction, development, and awards programs.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and other relevant HR technologies.
