📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage sales, marketing, and customer service activities in the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service software.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
