📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews.,Provide administrative support during the recruitment process.,Assist in onboarding new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented.
