📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales targets and report to management.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in retail or warehouse management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
