📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer trends is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
