Port Urban Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our port facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in port operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and sustainability. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Denpasar and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Implement and maintain sustainable practices to reduce the environmental impact of port operations.,Handle any operational emergencies or incidents, ensuring the safety of staff and the public.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in the port or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of port operations, including vessel handling, cargo handling, and terminal operations.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
