📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery personnel to ensure timely and efficient service.,Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and provide the best possible service.,Monitor and maintain vehicle fleet to ensure they are in good working condition.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Provide regular reports on delivery operations and suggest improvements.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate using GPS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with delivery management software is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
