📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and negotiation.,Maintain and update procurement records and documents.,Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.,Monitor market trends and identify potential suppliers.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and practices.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
