📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Sumber Joko Tea products and services.,Oversee the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing goals.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.,Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Proven track record of success in driving brand growth and customer engagement.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
