Village Hub Pratama is seeking a dedicated and friendly Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our customers have a pleasant dining experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving our valued customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide a warm welcome.,Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen staff.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety standards.,Assist with the preparation of food and drinks if necessary.,Provide recommendations for menu items based on customer preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage services.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
