As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated to provide exceptional service.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans for the restaurant.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
