Coordinate and manage client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.Assist Relationship Managers in maintaining and updating client records, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.Facilitate seamless collaboration between clients and our sales team, acting as a liaison to address any issues or concerns.Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.Organize and manage sales-related events, meetings, and presentations, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our sales operations.Provide excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring their needs are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or a similar role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.Familiarity with CRM software and sales operations tools is a plus.Ability to work well in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.🛠️ Keahlian
