📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs and courses.,Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure consistent training standards.,Evaluate and assess the performance of trainees to ensure they meet the required competencies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare education.,Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training programs and materials.,Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Administration).,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer in the healthcare sector.,Certification in healthcare education or related field is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Experience in developing and delivering training materials is a plus.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
