PT Eka Mega is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team in Binjai. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results. You will also be expected to train and supervise junior lab technicians, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our laboratory processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to, chemical, physical, and microbiological tests.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control measures.,Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Training and supervising junior lab technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.,Contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes, including the development and implementation of new procedures and protocols.,Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory workspace, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Documenting and recording test results and laboratory activities, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date laboratory records.,Collaborating with other members of the laboratory team and with other departments within the organization, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on chemical, physical, or microbiological testing.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.,The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to meet deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, GLP, or GMP.,A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations within the region, as needed.
