Duta Fitri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and meets health and safety standards.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at local events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a store management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of coffee and related products is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.,High school diploma or equivalent.
