Tripper Nature is seeking a Finance Assistant Officer to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial administration and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

As a Finance Assistant Officer, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to manage financial records, prepare reports, and assist in the reconciliation of accounts. You will use tools like QuickBooks and Excel to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency. This role is perfect for professionals with 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant and supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Process and reconcile bank transactions using QuickBooks
• Manage and maintain financial records and documents
• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Provide administrative support to the finance team
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
