📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial health of hotel operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage budgets and financial planning, collaborating with senior management to drive business growth.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using SAP and Oracle Financials.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, providing insights to senior management.
• Lead and mentor junior finance team members.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the audit team to prepare for annual audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financials.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
