📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process invoices, payments, and credit notes using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Reconcile accounts receivable daily to ensure accuracy and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Track and follow up on outstanding receivables, implementing effective collection strategies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve credit and collections processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
