As a Business Development & KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with KOLs to promote our brand. You'll use tools like Hootsuite, Later, and Canva to create and manage social media content. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 4.500.000 - Rp 5.500.000 per month and the chance to grow within a supportive and innovative team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote our brand.
• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage social media content using Hootsuite, Later, and Canva.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign objectives are met.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential KOLs and stay updated on trends.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and KOL engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Hootsuite, Later, Canva, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
