📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage construction schedules, coordinates with subcontractors, and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Work closely with the engineering team to translate blueprints into practical construction plans.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and resource utilization to ensure efficient use of materials and labor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a proven track record in project management.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certified as a Professional Engineer (PE) or hold relevant certifications in construction management.
• Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
