📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution network.
Manage a team of distribution managers and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Utilize SAP for logistics management to streamline operations and improve supply chain visibility.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive business growth.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in distribution management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing distribution networks in the plastics industry.
Strong understanding of SAP for logistics management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
