📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Navigate vessels safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
• Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Plan and execute maritime routes, coordinating with ports and other stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-departure and pre-docking inspections to ensure vessel readiness.
• Maintain and update voyage records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations.

• Participate in crew training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.
• Valid Master Maritime License (MM) or equivalent.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Experience with navigation software such as ECDIS or Navionics.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Clean criminal record and no history of drug use.
