📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive environmental management programs to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
• Conduct regular environmental impact assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics using tools like ArcGIS and QGIS.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into all aspects of mining operations.
• Train and mentor staff on environmental best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including government agencies and non-governmental organizations, to promote sustainable mining practices.
• Manage environmental data using SAP to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our environmental management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management within the mining industry.
• Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.
• Proficient in using environmental management software like ArcGIS, QGIS, and SAP.
• Strong understanding of national and international environmental regulations, including those related to mining.
