In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth and success of our payments ecosystem in the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance payment performance, optimize user experience, and drive revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve payment performance and user experience in the LATAM region.,Analyze payment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our payment solutions.,Work closely with regional stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payment performance and user engagement.,Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure Stripe remains at the forefront of the payments landscape in LATAM.,Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize payment processes and enhance user satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.,Proven experience in a strategic or analytical role within the payments industry, preferably in Latin America.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Excel, or similar.,Understanding of the payments ecosystem and the factors that influence payment performance.,Familiarity with the LATAM market and its unique challenges and opportunities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
