📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to help clients make informed decisions.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new product developments to offer innovative solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote Thermovar's products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a technical role within the piping industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Technical expertise in PEX piping systems and related products.
• Certification in relevant piping systems or sales techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with construction and building codes in Bali is a plus.
