📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our EDC (Electronic Data Capture) devices.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to merchants on using our digital financial solutions.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular feedback to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new merchant opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.
• Manage and track merchant data using our proprietary CRM system.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital financial solutions and EDC devices is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel to merchant locations as needed.
