📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of 10-15 retail associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets and drive profitability.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with regional managers and the corporate office to align retail operations with company goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing feedback.
• Manage inventory levels and order replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Participate in the expansion of new retail outlets, supporting the opening and initial setup process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of retail metrics and KPIs, with experience in sales and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
